Sage & Skillful Weekly Registration- Boys and Girls - 

PLAYERS MUST HAVE SOCCER BASE EXPERIENCE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.

Welcome to participate in our daily Technical Development Program for ages 8-12 years old only -boys and girls  -

Offering Daily training starting  May 27th - June 13th. 

Monday - Friday 

May 27th- May 31st

June 3rd-June 7th

June 10-June 13th 

Time: 12:45-2:15 pm 

We focus on growing mentally, physically, and technically the right way. Our program puts you and your fellow warriors to the test to work as one fluent, hard-working unit. We believe that if one person falls, we all fall together and lift one another backup. We train the mind, muscles, and coordination to create neuromuscular efficiency. We welcome those who want to put in the extra continuous work and those who strive to be consistent in all areas of their life. Our program aims to develop not just great soccer players but also great individuals who can apply the lessons learned on the field to their everyday lives. Our program is designed to provide a structured and supportive environment that fosters growth and development. Our experienced coaches will guide each individual through a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of the game, from technical skills to tactical strategies. At TDP, we believe that soccer is more than just a game; it's a way of life. We aim to instill in each player a passion for the sport and a commitment to excellence both on and off the field. We help each individual rehabilitate & rebuild their bodies from the ground up in a progressive approach & all levels of fitness or athletic experience.  The Technical dev. and conditioning program will enforce Individual & collective accountability to encourage everyone to become a vocal leader. Attention to detail will be the cornerstone. to be able to reach a higher level of fitness and knowledge on how to grow mentally, physically, & technically the right way. The TD-CP will put you and your fellow warriors to the test to work as one. Fluent hard-working unit. If one person falls, we all fall together and lift one another back. This program is not for a person who wants to come every other day, in fact, it is for the person who is looking for change, to enhance their performance, those who want to put in the extra continuous work, and those who strive to be consistent in all areas of their life. For those who know that putting in the work now will help them get one step closer to becoming the best version of themselves.

If players arrive early and decide to go away/leave from the practice group area as instructed during that training time, please know it will not be under Coach Ruiz's responsibility. We encourage you to talk to your kid/participant, if dropped off early they are to remain within the training area working on what Coach Ruiz instructed. Thank you.

Sessions are designed with specific training structures for development, including but not limited to training on different surfaces such as concrete, grass, etc.

Our refund policy-

states that no refunds will be issued after April 1st, 2024. Please note that a non-refundable deduction of $25.00 will be applied to all refund requests. For instance, if you made a payment of $500.00 and requested a refund, you will receive a refund of $475.00. Additional POLICY Information:

We want to remind everyone that our training location may be subject to change due to field availability. This could be related to the county closing the fields for a certain amount of time or weather-related issues. Our team will do everything in its power to ensure that sessions can still be accommodated, and we will notify you via Team Snap if any changes are made.

In the unfortunate event that sessions cannot be accommodated due to weather or other major issues, the session will be canceled, and you will be notified via Team Snap. Please note that no makeup sessions will be offered.

We also want to remind everyone that each participant registered should be the one attending. Spots are not transferable, and there are no vouchers for additional days of training. If you need to be accommodated for certain dates, please email - Nina at futbolandacademy@hotmail.com to discuss and make sure those days are available. Please request staff approval prior to any changes.

Lastly, we kindly ask that no siblings, friends, or relatives step on the field to the program without prior registration or approval from

Nina VP of Operations.

RESPECTFUL- BEHAVIOR POLICY:

we value and prioritize fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. We believe in the power of mutual respect, cooperation, and sportsmanship. To ensure that every individual feels safe and supported, we have implemented a strict policy against disrespect, bullying, or any form of negative behavior towards fellow players and coaching staff.

Guidelines:

1. Respect: Treat others with kindness, empathy, and courtesy at all times. Disrespectful behavior, including derogatory language, insults, or personal attacks, will not be tolerated.

2. Bullying: Bullying, in any form, is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, physical, verbal, or online harassment, exclusion, intimidation, or spreading rumors. We encourage an atmosphere of acceptance, understanding, and teamwork.

3. Positive Environment: Foster a positive and encouraging environment where all players can thrive. Support your teammates, celebrate their successes, and offer constructive feedback when necessary. Encourage a growth mindset and help each other improve.

Consequences for Violations:

In the event of a violation of this policy, the following actions will be taken:

1. Warning: The first instance of disrespectful behavior will result in a formal warning. The participant will be reminded of our policy and expected to rectify their actions immediately. (Parents will be notified)

2. Removal from the Program: If the disrespectful behavior persists despite the warning, the participant will be expelled from the program.
